The refund window and conditions for the setup fee will be stated here before launch. Costs already incurred on your behalf, such as a registered domain, may not be refundable.
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or money was deducted for a payment that did not complete, it will be refunded to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Bank processing times apply.
